What specific welding processes do you perform?
We perform all major industrial welding processes, including:
  • GTAW (TIG): For high-precision, sanitary, and root pass pipe welding.
  • SMAW (Stick): For field structural steel and heavy equipment repair.
  • GMAW (MIG) & FCAW (Flux Core): For high-production shop fabrication.
  • SAW (Submerged Arc): For heavy plate and tank seam welding.
Do you offer mobile / on-site welding?
Yes. We maintain a fleet of fully equipped welding rigs capable of independent operation (generators, air compressors, torches). We provide mobile services for structural erection, field pipe fitting, heavy equipment repair, and fence/gate repair.
Can you handle "Exotic" alloys?
Yes. Our facility is equipped with dedicated clean areas to prevent cross-contamination. We regularly fabricate with:

What is your maximum lift capacity?
Our shop features multiple overhead bridge cranes with a combined dual-pick capacity of 40 Tons . We also utilize 15-ton forklifts for yard material handling.
Certifications & Compliance
Are you an ASME Code Shop?
Yes, we hold the following ASME Stamps:
  • U Stamp: Manufacture of Pressure Vessels
  • S Stamp: Manufacture of Power Boilers
  • PP Stamp: Power Piping
  • R Stamp (NBIC): Repairs and Alterations
Are your welders certified?
Yes. All welders are tested and qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1 (Structural Steel), AWS D1.2 (Aluminum), or API 1104 (Pipelines). We maintain a database of Welder Continuity Logs (WPQ) to ensure certifications remain active.
Can you provide MTRs (Material Test Reports)?
Yes. We provide full traceability. MTRs are gathered upon receipt of material and a digital packet is compiled for every project. Heat numbers are transferred to cut parts as per code requirements.

Do you offer 24/7 Emergency Service?
Yes. We have crews on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (including holidays) for critical breakdowns, boiler leaks, and line breaks. Call (800) 555-0199 for immediate dispatch.
How fast can you mobilize for a shutdown?
For emergency shutdowns, we can typically have a superintendent and initial crew on-site within 24 hours anywhere in the continental US. For planned outages, we prefer 2-4 weeks notice to optimize manpower planning.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We arrange logistics for all fabricated items. We utilize flatbeds, step-decks, and dedicated hot-shot trailers. We can also handle export crating for international shipments.
Billing, Quotes & Contracts
How do I get a quote?
You can submit drawings via our Request a Quote page or email them to estimating@weldingfabrication.com. We accept PDF, DXF, DWG, and STEP files.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms for approved commercial accounts are Net 30. We also accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and ACH transfers. Large fabrication projects may require a deposit or progress billing.
Do you have a minimum shop charge?
Yes, our minimum shop charge is $250. This covers the administrative cost of order entry, material handling, and setup time.
