Simple steel work runs $2.50-$5.00/lb. Complex fabrication hits $5.00-$12.00/lb. Stainless and aluminum are higher. We quote from drawings — send us what you have and we'll price it in 2-3 business days.
Carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, duplex), aluminum (6061, 5052), AR400/500 plate, copper, brass, and exotic alloys. If it's metal, we can cut it, bend it, and weld it.
We can work from anything — napkin sketches, rough dimensions, photos of existing parts, or full engineering drawings. For complex projects, we can provide shop drawings for approval before fabrication.
No minimum for custom work — we'll build one piece. Shop minimum is $500. For production runs, volume pricing kicks in at 10+ units.
