Full-service custom fabrication for Louisiana's industrial, commercial, and specialty markets. From a single prototype to production runs — CNC precision, expert welding, and delivery on your schedule.
Louisiana's Chemical Corridor stretches 85 miles along the Mississippi River between Baton Rouge and New Orleans — the highest concentration of petrochemical facilities in North America. Shell Norco, ExxonMobil Baton Rouge, Honeywell, and BASF all operate major facilities here. Turnaround season in Louisiana runs hard from February through April and September through November — contractors who can mobilize fast and meet tight schedules get repeat calls every season.
The Port of New Orleans and Port of South Louisiana handle more tonnage than any other port complex in the United States. Offshore fabrication yards along the Louisiana coast build platform structures, manifolds, and subsea equipment that require the highest level of weld certification and QA/QC documentation. Proximity to Baldwin County Alabama gives Gulf Coast buyers fast mobilization without Texas freight rates.
Key Louisiana Facilities We Serve: Shell Norco, ExxonMobil Baton Rouge, Port of New Orleans, Port of South Louisiana, Cheniere Energy Sabine Pass, Entergy Louisiana, Turner Industries facilities.
Louisiana's Chemical Corridor — 85 miles of refineries and chemical plants between Baton Rouge and New Orleans — is the densest concentration of industrial facilities in North America. ExxonMobil Baton Rouge, Sasol Lake Charles, Cameron LNG, and 19 petroleum refineries processing over 3 million barrels per day require world-class welding contractors.
